Analyst, Enterprise Channel Reporting & Analytics

About the role

The Analyst, Enterprise Channel Reporting & Analytics will support MTN Ghana’s Enterprise Business by delivering financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting. This role helps drive commercial decisions and improve profitability in a dynamic telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial feasibility assessments and business cases for new products, services, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑implementation evaluations of enterprise offerings and track OPEX, Cost of Sales and CAPEX budgets.
• Perform profitability and P&L analysis, product performance reviews and tariff pricing recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, annual business planning and management reporting, including profitability analysis and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with at least three years of relevant experience, including two years in an analytics role.
• Stakeholder management experience and strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA or ICA is an advantage.
