Applications Support Senior Specialist

About the role

The Applications Support Senior Specialist will provide production support for Transmed’s enterprise systems and contribute to a range of application‑driven projects, including releases, upgrades, new implementations, documentation, and training. The role ensures that critical business applications run smoothly and meet user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑level technical support for internally developed, partner, and vendor applications.
• Manage change requests, installations, maintenance, and upgrades of enterprise applications.
• Develop and validate support procedures, service level agreements, escalation matrices, and incident management processes.
• Provide consultation, troubleshooting, and guidance to employees on application functionality.
• Document issue resolution and activity in service management tracking systems.
• Monitor application performance, generate configuration reports, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Track changes and upgrades to ensure alignment with business policies, security standards, and user requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related technology field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, relational databases, scripting, and software administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL and PMP frameworks is preferred.
