Area HR TA Specialist & Generalist

About the role

This position supports core Human Resources functions for a designated area, requiring senior‑level professional knowledge. The role operates with minimal supervision, handling complex talent acquisition and workforce relations tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates, then recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers.
• Coordinate the hiring workflow with internal and external stakeholders, including interview scheduling and pre‑hiring assessments.
• Provide training and guidance on Talent Acquisition tools, processes, and best practices.
• Maintain candidate data in the Oracle applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition guidelines.
• Manage workforce relations activities such as dispute resolution, exit interviews, legal reviews of separations, and policy administration.

Required profile

• Member of the Church and holder of a valid temple recommend.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least four years of professional HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work.
• Master’s degree in a related field and HR certification are preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, especially Talent Acquisition.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle applicant tracking system.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
