Associate Professor – Business School (Various Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) seeks qualified scholars to join its Business School as Associate Professors. Candidates may apply to any of the listed departments, including Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
• Supervise student research projects and theses.
• Conduct original research and publish in recognized academic journals.
• Engage in community service and faculty development activities.
• Contribute to curriculum design and departmental governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Associate Professor at a recognized university, or a Senior Lecturer with at least four years of experience.
• Minimum of ten publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Three professional referees.
