Audit Supervisor (anti-fraud & Investigations)

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead anti-fraud investigations and asset recovery across our manufacturing sites in Accra and the Tema region. The role combines rigorous investigative work with proactive fraud prevention, supporting legal, HR and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into employee misconduct, bribery, kickbacks, conflict of interest, asset theft and embezzlement.
• Collect and secure evidence from financial data, ERP records, CCTV footage and digital forensics.
• Conduct interviews and interrogations with suspects, witnesses and whistleblowers, and produce detailed investigation reports.
• Perform targeted audits and surprise inspections of high-risk factory areas such as scrap sales, procurement bidding, warehouse inventory and contractor billing.
• Manage whistle-blower channels, evaluate leads and maintain investigation registries.
• Identify control weaknesses, issue fraud alerts and deliver anti-corruption training to factory staff and management.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in fraud investigations, corporate internal misconduct or law-enforcement economic crime units.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Forensic Auditing, Finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality and resilience under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to and work on-site at manufacturing facilities.
