About the role
We are seeking a motivated Barista to join our hospitality team in Accra. The successful candidate will prepare high‑quality coffee and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
- Take customer orders and ensure consistent beverage quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar and preparation area.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, including weekends and night shifts.
Required skills
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Ability to operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
