Housekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Housekeeper to join our team at Canwin Hotel in Sakumono. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for guests in both rooms and public areas, while supporting the overall hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas to high standards.
• Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing.
• Replenish room supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
• Assist with general property upkeep and report maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure consistent hygiene and presentation throughout the hotel.

Required profile

• Proficiency in laundry operations and maintaining organized spaces.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Secondary school graduation (SHS) or higher; prior housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in training activities.
