BI & Market Insights Analyst – WAC Business Unit

About the role

We are seeking a talented BI & Market Insights Analyst to join the WAC Business Unit of Coca-Cola Ghana. The role sits at the intersection of business intelligence, analytics and market strategy, turning complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and analytical reporting tools covering commercial, financial and operational performance.
• Transform data into strategic insights through trend, variance and driver analysis, and build recommendation‑led business narratives.
• Standardise KPI definitions, reporting methodologies and governance frameworks across markets.
• Automate manual reporting processes and promote self‑service analytics adoption.
• Lead market intelligence activities, monitoring market share, competitor developments, pricing and channel evolution.
• Build business cases and conduct scenario analyses to support growth, productivity and route‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, market intelligence or related analytical roles.
• Proven ability to translate complex business questions into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field; postgraduate qualifications a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and customer‑focused mindset.

• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Expertise with Power Query.
• Advanced Excel skills.
