About the role

We are seeking committed, hardworking and qualified individuals to serve as Branch Managers overseeing construction, road works, civil works, operations, transportation and administrative activities in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site operations and construction activities.
Manage and monitor quality control checks of daily production.
Plan the day-to-day production schedule.
Oversee maintenance of the plant.
Meet weekly production targets.

Required profile

First Degree in Business Administration.
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in the construction or manufacturing sector.
Affiliation with a professional association is an advantage.
Willingness to relocate to the Eastern Region.
