Business Development Executive (Technology Sales)

About the role

Persol Systems Limited is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Executive to help expand its technology‑driven solutions across Ghana. This entry‑to‑mid‑level position offers the chance to work with ERP, payroll, identity management and fintech products while supporting senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential corporate clients through cold calling, LinkedIn networking and industry databases.
• Qualify inbound inquiries to match Persol’s ideal client profile and maintain prospect data in the CRM system.
• Assist senior BDEs in preparing proposals, pitch decks and technical demonstrations, aiming to independently showcase at least two software products within 3‑4 months.
• Coordinate meetings between prospects and technical/implementation teams and represent Persol at local networking events and trade exhibitions.
• Act as the primary contact during the discovery phase, follow up leads, and support onboarding for new clients.
• Log all sales activities, provide weekly status reports and gather market feedback on competitor pricing and feature requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to 12 months of experience in sales, lead generation or related commercial activities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
