Business Development Manager

About the role

Casendel Realty Ltd is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to drive growth of its real‑estate portfolio in Ghana. The role is hybrid, based in Ghana, and focuses on attracting diaspora and local investors to land and property opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals and digital channels.
• Promote and sell land parcels to prospective clients.
• Arrange and conduct client site visits.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Explain pricing, payment plans and relevant documentation to clients.
• Prepare weekly sales and activity reports.
• Support and lead marketing campaigns, outreach activities and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management and negotiation.
• Experience in real estate, property investment or related financial services.
• Market research and analytical abilities to assess opportunities and track competitors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse cultures.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet revenue targets.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian real‑estate market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using sales tracking systems.
• Competence with standard office software.
