Business Development & Telesales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Telesales Consultant to drive revenue growth across Accra and the Tema region. You will combine outbound prospecting with strategic account management to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, promote and sell recruitment services.
• Identify, qualify and close B2B sales opportunities using consultative techniques.
• Handle objections, provide tailored solutions and follow up leads to build trust.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute Account Development Plans for assigned accounts.
• Build multi‑level relationships, including C‑level engagement, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Zoho CRM and provide performance data to management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Recruiters, Finance, HR and Customer Support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in business development, telesales or B2B account management.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
