Chartered Accountant – Hospitality Finance

About the role

We are a leading hospitality establishment in Takoradi seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and analysis while ensuring compliance with regulations and hotel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards and internal hotel policies.
• Manage and maintain financial records, accounts and ledgers.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Provide financial guidance and support to various departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Chartered Accountant qualification (CA, ACCA, ICA or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software such as QuickBooks, Tally or Sage.
