Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will join the Executive Leadership Team as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving operational excellence across all business units. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO translates corporate strategy into measurable outcomes, ensuring sustainable growth in multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute strategic objectives.
• Convert corporate strategy into actionable operational plans, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Lead business transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and growth.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity, service excellence, and compliance.
• Develop and implement operational policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and introduce corrective actions.
• Support expansion into new markets, including operational readiness and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Coach senior management and department heads, driving talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience with at least 15 years (180 months) of senior operational leadership.
• Proven track record of translating strategy into operational success across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
