Cleaner (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across our facilities in Accra and Tema. The role involves daily cleaning tasks, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom consumables.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning procedures.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance needs, or safety hazards.
• Secure premises after cleaning when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
