About the role
We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to join our team in the Accra & Tema region. The role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards across various facilities, including restrooms, dining areas, and workspaces. The position is full‑time with flexible shift arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain premises to a high standard, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising assigned areas.
- Clean restrooms, dining areas, workspaces, and other facilities.
- Properly handle cleaning materials and equipment and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Ensure the environment remains clean, neat, and presentable.
- Report maintenance or sanitation issues to the supervisor.
- Support the team with other cleaning‑related duties when required.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of relevant cleaning experience.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good customer service attitude and willingness to work weekends and night shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
