Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing functions across our hotel portfolio in Accra. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility and build strong client relationships for our 4‑ and 5‑star properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the sales team, set targets, monitor performance and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
• Promote the hotel brand through targeted marketing campaigns and public relations activities.
• Maximise profitability by managing budgets, pricing, and revenue management processes.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning and cost control for the sales and marketing department.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior sales and marketing roles within 4‑ or 5‑star hotels.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing profitable operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems such as EZEE and OPERA.
