About the role
The Ghana TVET Service seeks a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive organisational development plan, including end‑to‑end process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all functions across headquarters, regional offices, and institutes.
Key responsibilities
- Document current "As‑Is" processes across all divisions, identify inefficiencies, redundancies and compliance risks.
- Design optimized "To‑Be" processes aligned with strategic goals and create user‑friendly SOPs for consistent execution.
- Ensure integration and clear hand‑offs between headquarters, regions and institutes.
- Provide a foundation for training, onboarding, performance management and future automation of HRMIS and LMS platforms.
Required profile
- Proven experience in organisational development, process mapping and SOP creation, preferably in public sector or education institutions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess existing workflows and propose efficient, compliant solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at national, regional and institute levels.
