About the role

The Consultant in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging provides expert clinical care, oversees patient management, and ensures high‑quality documentation within Fakeeh Care facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties within assigned privileges and assess patients comprehensively (clinical, socioeconomic, psychological, functional).
• Develop and document evidence‑based care plans, ensuring timely implementation.
• Act as the Most Responsible Physician (MRP) for in‑patients, creating discharge plans on admission and coordinating with discharge‑planning services.
• Conduct daily assessments for in‑patients, record progress notes using SOAP format, and respond promptly to medical consultations.
• Document all medical interventions, complete discharge summaries, and provide discharge instructions and medication education.
• Participate in facility call schedules, departmental meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare medical reports in the required format and contribute to teaching rounds and educational activities.
