Contract Manager

About the role

G4S is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee security contracts for mining operations in Kumasi and the Ashanti Region. The role combines operational leadership with strategic client management to ensure contract performance, staff optimisation and high standards of conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile invoices promptly and allocate staff to appropriate positions.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels, including relief, reserve and contingency personnel.
• Uphold G4S code of conduct and disciplinary standards among all security staff.
• Develop and sustain client relationships to drive retention and identify new business opportunities.
• Report security KPIs to management and ensure only trained, registered personnel are deployed.
• Conduct daily security risk assessments and verify the readiness of equipment and personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Security Management or related field; security certificate is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in mining or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and enforce discipline.
