CCTV Operator – Security Surveillance

About the role

The CCTV Operator role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Greater Accra Region. You will continuously monitor live and recorded video feeds, detect unusual activities, and report incidents according to established security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise CCTV and related surveillance equipment across multiple camera feeds.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and promptly communicate findings to supervisors or security teams.
• Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functional; report technical faults to the maintenance team.
• Support investigations by retrieving and reviewing relevant footage and providing objective reports.
• Adhere to data‑protection policies and maintain confidentiality of all recorded material.

Required profile

• Prior experience operating CCTV or other surveillance systems.
• Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and ability to recognise security risks.
• Reliable, trustworthy and committed to maintaining a safe environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
