About the role
Afriam Network, a digital solutions company offering web development, mobile apps, branding and digital marketing services, is hiring an on-site Customer Support Agent (Collections). The role handles inbound customer calls and payment collections, and is based in the Labadi area.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by inbound calls
- Manage payment collections
- Provide excellent service
Required profile
- Strong technical or communication skills, depending on the role
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Relevant experience preferred
- Must live around Labadi and its environment
