Customer Service Agent

About the role

The Customer Service Agent will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide accurate information on Spidex Express services, and support parcel tracking and delivery issues. This full‑time position is based in Accra/Tema and offers a stable environment with performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly, respond via approved channels, and provide accurate service information.
• Assist customers with parcel tracking, investigate delivery delays, and liaise with operations, drivers, and branches.
• Handle complaints professionally, record them accurately, and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Maintain agent availability, follow contact‑centre procedures, and record interactions in the CRM system.
• Communicate clearly across phone, email, WhatsApp and other platforms while protecting confidential information.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, contact centre or related fields.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and basic computer literacy.
