Customer Service & Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service & Communications Manager to lead our participant and partner interactions, manage digital communications, and support award‑related marketing initiatives for The Business Executive’s entertainment and events programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from participants, partners and the public via email, phone and social media.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for award programmes, creating written and visual content for online platforms.
• Maintain relationships with award nominees, honorees and media partners, and support branding, press releases and event promotions.
• Conduct national and international research on potential honorees, industry trends and partnership opportunities.
• Draft communication materials, speeches and official correspondence.
• Support the creation and coordination of professional networks, associations or chambers linked to the award initiative, engaging embassies, trade bodies and corporate institutions.
• Update website content, newsletters and manage stakeholder databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in customer service, communications or stakeholder relations.
• Strong research, analytical and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and communicate diplomatically across cultures.
