Customer Service & Marketing Officer

About the role

Delis Hospitality is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Marketing Officer to join its team in Accra. You will be the front‑line ambassador for guests while also supporting marketing initiatives that drive occupancy and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, handle inquiries promptly, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Create engaging social‑media content, respond to online messages, and manage brand‑visibility channels.
• Maintain a neat, smart appearance and collaborate with management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Positive, guest‑focused attitude; reliable, hardworking and well‑presented.
• Prior experience in customer service, front office or hospitality management is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing and social‑media management is a strong advantage.
