Data Trainer – Twi Speaker (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking detail‑oriented native Twi speakers to join our AI data annotation project on a freelance, remote basis. As a Data Trainer you will evaluate pre‑seeded questions paired with images and provide the correct “golden” answers that will be used to train machine‑learning models. The role offers a steady workload of about 10 hours per week and a compensation of $24 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Review each pre‑seeded question together with its accompanying image.
• Analyse the visual content and generate a clear, accurate answer based solely on what is shown.
• Flag images that are blurry, corrupted, or lack sufficient information to answer the question.
• Maintain consistency and high quality across all tasks by following the project‑specific guidelines and rubrics.
• Record answers in the provided platform and ensure they meet the “golden” standard.

Required profile

• Native or strong proficiency in Twi.
• Fluent reading and writing skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
