About the role
The Faculty of Engineering at Ghana Technology University College is seeking a Dean to provide senior academic leadership. The role involves overseeing teaching, research and service activities, shaping the strategic direction of the faculty, and representing the faculty within university governance. The successful candidate will hold a PhD in an engineering discipline and demonstrate distinguished academic leadership experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership for the Faculty of Engineering.
- Guide curriculum development and promote teaching excellence.
- Support and expand research initiatives within the faculty.
- Foster service, community engagement, and professional outreach.
- Represent the faculty in university committees and external partnerships.
