DevOps Engineering Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who treats infrastructure as a product and automation as a mindset. You will design and build cloud environments from the ground up, create reliable delivery pipelines, and establish operational excellence that enables engineering teams to ship quickly without compromising stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple projects and environments.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (Terraform or Pulumi) and automation tools like Ansible.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads in Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, etc.
• Improve deployment reliability through release strategies, rollback mechanisms, and secrets management.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor team members and champion DevOps best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform (or Pulumi) and automation tools such as Ansible.
• Extensive experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure and/or GCP.
• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, security, TLS, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki).
• Ability to work across multiple projects and communicate technical trade‑offs clearly.
• Previous agency, multi‑client, or consulting experience is a plus.
