Digital Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Manager to lead and execute multi‑channel digital strategies across Ghana and other markets. The role focuses on growing our online presence, driving traffic, generating leads and delivering measurable results through effective digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing.
• Oversee content planning and execution across digital platforms.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for continuous optimisation.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimise spend to maximise ROI.
• Enhance user experience and optimise customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, platforms and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with commercial and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Ghana.
