BM Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic BM Marketing Executive to join our Building Materials team in Kumasi. The role focuses on driving showroom performance, coordinating marketing activities, and enhancing market visibility for our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly showroom checking plans for all BM brands.
• Ensure salesmen, shop guiders, and showroom managers submit spot‑check reports and approvals on time.
• Train new and existing staff on showroom standards, customer engagement, and display guidelines.
• Oversee showroom performance summary reports and manage incentive policies for sales teams.
• Coordinate with product teams to obtain launch images, materials, and updates.
• Ensure new products are prominently displayed in key showroom locations.
• Manage marketing materials, display assets, and showroom inventory to meet brand requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches, and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or showroom management, preferably in the building materials or FMCG industry.
