About the role

CRS is seeking reliable Ghanaian drivers to provide professional transportation and delivery services. The role involves scheduled pick‑ups and drop‑offs, supporting general operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Follow supervisor instructions for daily deliveries and passenger pick‑up/drop‑off.
• Inspect vehicle tires, engine, seatbelts and fluid levels; perform minor repairs and routine maintenance.
• Load and unload packages, assist passengers with luggage, and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Plan optimal routes using maps and GPS, and maintain punctuality.
• Handle customer complaints by forwarding them to the supervisor.
• Return the vehicle according to strict timelines and follow washing instructions.

Required profile

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant driving experience.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle upkeep.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning.
