About the role
Mount Mary College of Education is seeking a reliable Driver to support the daily transportation needs of its campus community. The successful candidate will operate college vehicles safely, ensuring punctual and secure movement of staff, students, and materials.
Key responsibilities
- Operate college vehicles for official trips, pickups, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and well‑serviced vehicle fleet.
- Plan routes and adhere to schedules while complying with traffic regulations.
- Conduct routine safety checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading of equipment as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Driver Grade II in a college, university or similar organization.
- Valid Category F driving licence with an accident‑free record for at least three years.
- At least SSSCE/WASSCE (or equivalent) certification.
Required skills
- Valid driving licence (Category F).
- Safe, accident‑free driving practices.
- Basic vehicle maintenance and inspection.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and route planning.
