Duty Manager / Supervisor (Residence Hospitality/Facility Operations)

About the role

The Duty Manager / Supervisor will oversee daily operations for a luxury residential and serviced‑apartment community in Accra. Acting as the senior on‑duty representative, you will ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and a seamless experience for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all on‑duty departments including front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
• Maintain smooth, coordinated daily operations in line with approved procedures and standards.
• Supervise duty supervisors and departmental leads, ensuring proper staffing and shift coverage.
• Handle escalated resident and guest concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare shift, incident, and handover reports; escalate critical issues to senior management.
• Enforce safety, security, and compliance policies; manage emergencies.
• Identify service gaps, recommend improvements, and support implementation of new procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in duty management, operations management, or senior supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay composed and decisive under pressure.
