Early Childhood/Elementary School Teachers & Preschool Teaching Assistants

About the role

We are seeking qualified Early Childhood and Elementary School Teachers as well as Preschool Teaching Assistants to join our reputable school in Accra and Tema. The successful candidates will contribute to a vibrant learning environment, supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for early childhood and elementary classes.
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
• Participate in school-wide activities and professional development sessions.
• Assist during lessons, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during activities (Teaching Assistants).
• Support classroom organization and daily routines for young learners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (for teachers) or Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred for assistants).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
• Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in childcare and early childhood education.
