Electrician – Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our manufacturing facility. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to support production and minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults promptly.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report equipment issues.
• Support production operations to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Technical certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience with motors, control panels, and wiring.
