Enrollment Officer (French/English Speaking)

About the role

IMPROTECH Training Centre is looking for a proactive Enrollment Officer who can engage prospective students in both French and English. You will be the first point of contact, guiding candidates, parents, and sponsors through the admission journey for our regular and weekend programs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new students via calls, referrals, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns, masterclasses, info sessions, and walk‑ins.
• Present program details clearly to diverse audiences and qualify prospects based on interest, affordability, and schedule.
• Invite prospects to masterclasses, open days, and admission interviews.
• Manage the full enrollment pipeline from first contact to paid registration.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline stages, and conversion activity.
• Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Required profile

• Strong B2C sales experience, preferably in insurance, telecom, banking, or education sales.
• Confident communicator with parents, students, and working professionals.
• Self‑motivated prospecting ability, not solely reliant on marketing leads.
• Target‑driven, disciplined, resilient, and persuasive.
• Fluent in French for the Francophone market and English for the Ghana market.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from GHS 1,500 to GHS 2,000 per month.
• Commission of 5% on enrollment fees actually collected.
• Potential earnings of GHS 3,000 – GHS 8,000+ per month for high performers.
