Factory Line Manager Assistant – Chinese Translator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Line Manager Assistant to support daily operations on our tile production line in Takoradi. The role combines production coordination with Chinese‑English translation to ensure smooth communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Factory Line Manager in supervising production line staff.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets.
• Translate and interpret between Chinese and English to facilitate effective communication.
• Prepare and maintain production documents, records, and reports.
• Support the implementation of production, quality, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Factory Line Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum senior high school education.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to operate basic computer software and office tools.
