FMCG CRM Specialist

About the role

The FMCG CRM Specialist will manage and optimise the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to support sales, distribution and inventory processes across multiple territories. This role ensures data accuracy, provides analytical insights and assists users in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM system, guaranteeing up‑to‑date customer, distributor, outlet, sales and inventory records.
• Register, verify and classify customers and outlets, including geographic mapping.
• Capture, monitor and analyse sales transactions, purchase orders and field performance data.
• Support distributor onboarding, activity tracking and data integrity within the CRM.
• Provide technical assistance to pre‑sales and van sales teams, resolving login, sync and data‑entry issues.
• Oversee purchase order processing and ensure accurate status tracking.
• Track inventory levels, identify discrepancies and support stock management.
• Generate regular reports on sales, outlet coverage, inventory, distributor performance and other KPIs for management decision‑making.
• Identify system issues, conduct troubleshooting and train users on CRM functionalities.
• Monitor CRM usage, recommend enhancements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to support internal users.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with sales, distribution and IT teams.
