French & Spanish Teacher (Full‑time, Accra)

About the role

The French and Spanish Teacher will join YENIQUE PRIX ENTERPRISE’s education team in Accra, delivering engaging language lessons to learners of varying proficiency. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the organization’s mission of empowerment through education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver French and Spanish lessons for individuals and small groups.
• Develop and update curricula and teaching materials aligned with learners’ needs.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Offer one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring as required.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align language programs with broader social impact goals.

Required profile

• Fluency or advanced proficiency in both French and Spanish.
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics or related field.
• Experience teaching in school or community settings, preferably with mixed‑ability groups.
• Strong classroom management, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory teaching practices.
• Interest in social impact, women’s empowerment and community development is a plus.
