Front Desk Representative (Luxury Residential)

About the role

The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors in a high‑end residential setting in Accra. You will ensure a professional, discreet and welcoming experience that aligns with luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests and visitors courteously.
• Manage visitor registration, access control and maintain front‑desk logs.
• Answer phone calls, emails and general inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information about facilities, procedures and services.
• Serve as primary contact for resident requests, minor complaints and coordinate with facility, security, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Record, track and escalate requests as needed.
• Maintain daily front‑desk records, handle deliveries, courier services and mail distribution.
• Support basic administrative tasks assigned by management.
• Uphold confidentiality, security, safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front‑desk, reception, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, reliability and organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Computer literacy – email handling and data entry.
