Full‑Stack Developer (React/Node.js) – On‑Site

About the role

Afriam International is seeking a full‑stack developer to join its engineering team in Accra. You will work on multi‑tenant SaaS applications, ensuring code quality, security, and reliable integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and verify existing codebases against documented or assumed functionality.
• Harden multi‑tenant data access and access‑control policies.
• Build and maintain OAuth‑based third‑party integrations, handling token refresh and failures.
• Implement billing and entitlement logic with idempotent webhook handling.
• Support compliance in outbound communications, including opt‑out handling and send‑time restrictions.
• Establish staging environments and CI/CD gates that enforce quality before deployment.
• Write end‑to‑end test coverage for critical user flows.
• Contribute to unified authentication and identity systems across multiple applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and designing access‑control policies.
• Proven ability to work within imperfectly documented codebases and communicate proactively.
