General Manager – Luxury Medical Aesthetics Clinic

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑end medical aesthetics clinic in Accra. The role combines operational excellence with strategic growth, ensuring the clinic delivers world‑class aesthetic treatments and an exceptional patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily clinic operations.
• Motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team to meet performance targets.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient care and client service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key business metrics.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and business development.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management or operations role.
• Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or wellness is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, KPIs, and business performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
