Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our media and communications team in Accra. You will produce visual assets that support our NGO’s campaigns, events and branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visuals for social media, flyers, banners, brochures, event branding and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and communication materials.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through final delivery while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Support video editing and motion‑graphics projects when required.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong, up‑to‑date portfolio showcasing your best work.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Comfortable working within a faith‑based environment.
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
