Growth & Content Associate (National Service)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Growth & Content Associate to join PentaTech Axis during the National Service period. You will own the brand voice, create engaging content, and drive B2B outreach to generate leads for our software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short‑form videos, LinkedIn posts, case studies and product breakdowns that showcase our software products.
• Identify and prospect B2B clients, pitch solutions via direct messaging, email and phone, and schedule discovery calls.
• Manage PentaTech’s social channels, engage in industry discussions and grow an active online community.
• Collaborate with the technical team to translate complex features into clear value propositions for business owners.

Required profile

• Eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service Scheme cycle.
• Comfortable creating on‑camera short‑form videos and writing persuasive copy.
• Confident reaching out to founders, managers and business owners.
• Strong interest in technology, web platforms and digital tools.

Required skills

• Basic design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Familiarity with outreach platforms including LinkedIn and Gmail.
