Growth Partner – QS & Engineering (Ghana)

About the role

Exacto is seeking a proactive Growth Partner to drive adoption of its Ghana‑focused BOQ and construction cost estimation platform among quantity surveyors, engineers and students. This is the first growth position at the company, meaning you will help shape the function from the ground up while earning a share of each subscription you secure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and directly outreach to members of GhIS and GhIE, converting active quantity surveyors and engineers into Professional‑tier subscribers through personalized conversations.
• Lead university engagement at KNUST, UG, UDS, TTU and UENR by building relationships with department heads, delivering live product demos in estimating classes, and onboarding large student cohorts to the free tier.
• Co‑create and manage content for Exacto’s LinkedIn company page, focusing on quality posts and professional engagement.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google Search, Meta Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn Ads) targeting Ghanaian construction professionals, managing budgets and reporting cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Deliver in‑person or virtual product demonstrations to QS consulting firms, contractors and engineering practices, explaining BOQ functionality and regional pricing relevance.
• Develop institutional partnerships with GhIS and GhIE leadership for sponsorships, event presence and directory listings.

Required profile

• Familiarity with Ghana’s construction industry, quantity surveying and civil engineering practices.
• Experience conducting B2B outreach and building relationships with professional bodies and academic institutions.
• Strong communication skills for live demos and stakeholder negotiations.
