Hair Braider

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Hair Braider to join our salon team in Accra. You will create a variety of braid styles while delivering excellent customer service in a modern, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of braid styles such as knotless, box, cornrows, twists, faux locs, stitch, goddess and other trending designs.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable options.
• Complete each style neatly, professionally and within the agreed time frame.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic workstation at all times.
• Follow salon hygiene and safety standards and report any equipment maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with other stylists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current braiding trends and techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum Senior High School (SHS) education.
• At least three years of proven experience braiding major styles to a high standard.
• Good spoken English and strong communication abilities.
• Previous salon experience is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
