About the role
The Head of the Office of the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) provides high‑level advisory support and executive coordination to ensure the CPCO’s office runs smoothly. Reporting directly to the CPCO, this role drives strategic priorities, manages internal and external engagements, and safeguards the CPCO’s time and influence.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the CPCO to track and advance strategic initiatives, leadership commitments, and People & Culture (P&C) priorities.
- Conduct research, synthesize data, and deliver insights that inform the CPCO’s decision‑making.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external audiences.
- Monitor progress against P&C strategic and operational goals, identify risks, and ensure accountability.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between P&C and other Foundation units.
- Organise executive‑level meetings, including Executive Committee, Board, and P&C Leadership Team sessions.
- Develop and disseminate communications, updates, and key messages from the CPCO’s Office.
- Serve as liaison between the CPCO and senior stakeholders, managing confidential matters with discretion.
Required profile
- Executive‑level experience (minimum 10 years) in a senior advisory or office‑management capacity.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high‑visibility projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical, research, and synthesis skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality.
