Home Appliance Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Home Appliance Sales Representative to drive sales of our appliance portfolio across Accra and the Tema region. The role involves identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and building lasting client relationships to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation tools.
• Research client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Conduct product presentations highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
• Articulate value propositions and address customer concerns effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure excellent satisfaction.
• Regularly check in with clients to understand evolving needs and propose solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant departments.

Required profile

• Senior level with at least 5 years (60 months) of sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset.
