Housekeeping & Guest Support Assistant

About the role

The Housekeeping & Guest Support Assistant ensures that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for occupancy. You will work closely with the hospitality team to deliver a comfortable and safe environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to a high standard of hygiene.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies such as toiletries.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and shared facilities after each use.
• Arrange rooms and amenities so they are ready for new arrivals.
• Restock cleaning products and guest‑use items as needed.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly, following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and personal hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
