HR Business Partner – Attendance & Training Management

About the role
The HR Business Partner will support the organization by managing daily attendance processes, ensuring accurate compensation calculations, and driving the implementation of new HR policies. The role also coordinates training activities and maintains comprehensive records of all HR documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Register fingerprint attendance for new employees and compile daily attendance records.
- Communicate missed clock‑in/out information to each team for follow‑up.
- Calculate and submit bonuses and allowances based on attendance data.
- Communicate, implement, and inspect new company policies and regulations.
- Draft and translate various policy documents.
- Organize training activities and meetings, and keep proper archives of training materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent data analysis and processing capabilities.
